RIGK & plastship at FACHPACK 2025: solutions for the entire plastics cycle

FACHPACK 2025 is Europe’s central platform for sustainable packaging solutions, regulation, and innovation along the value chain. RIGK will be present in Nuremberg together with plastship from 23 to 25 September in Hall 5, Stand 101.     – Consulting on national and international producer responsibility
  • An additional component is tailored return solutions for complex material streams: RIGK analyses the current situation on site, develops customised removal concepts, coordinates collection and recycling, and documents key metrics such as CO₂ savings and material flows.

• Design for Recycling und use of recyclates

  • Right from the early stages of product design, RIGK – through its PlastCert division – Assessment of recyclability
    – Testing of recyclate content and laboratory analyses
    – Auditing and optimisation of recycling processes

  • Together with plastship and the myRecycledContent platform, RIGK promotes targeted, quality-assured use of recyclates and bring transparency to supply chains.

• Digitalisation and material flow projects with plastship

  • plastship plastship complements the portfolio with digital tools, marketplaces, and partnerships:
    – Recyclate sourcing and partner projects such as the Plastics Recycling Taskforce or the Recycled Material Benchmark
    – The KISS-Projekt  for AI-supported optimisation of material flows, led by RIGK
    – Participation in funded initiatives such as KARE – the regional competence centre for plastics cycles
