One trademark, many advantages

The RIGK trademark signals to your customers that they as commercial and industrial final user can simply hand in empty used packaging at a RIGK collection point– efficiently, free of charge and nationwide! For this purpose, you as producer/distributor label your packaging with the RIGK trademark and your individual agreement number.

Which packaging is returnable?

Using the RIGK-SYSTEM, we will take back your packaging for non-hazardous substances. The packaged products may not be classified according to the Hazardous Substances Law or the European Convention on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road, nor acc. GHS. The packaging may not bear any hazard symbols.

The RIGK-SYSTEM must not be confused with the RIGK-G(hazard) SYSTEM for packaging for hazardous substances. It is essential that these systems are handled separately from one other.

Sustainability through material recycling

As a contract partner of the RIGK-SYSTEM, you act in an environmentally-friendly and sustainable manner : After take-back, your packaging is recycled depending on the degree of contamination and varietal purity. Here your empty used and sorted packaging is crushed, cleaned and then processed into regrind. From this regrind, new plastic products are to be produced in injection or blow moulding procedures – and the recycling circle is closed!

Become a contract partner and profit in many and diverse ways

For you as packaging companies and distributors, the participation in the RIGK-SYSTEM is as simple as it is advantageous: after you have closed a RIGK-contract with us, you may apply the RIGK QR-Code to your packaging. You pay your fee depending on the type of packaging and the weight of the packaging quantities put into circulation in Germany. This license fee covers the entire costs for the lawful return and recycling of your packaging.

In this way, you have more time for your customers and can concentrate fully on your core business. And: by participating in the RIGK-SYSTEM, you will receive an individual climate protection certificate for your reduced CO2 emission through eco-efficient recycling.

We will provide you with a customised and non-binding offer - please contact our sales team!
