From understanding your role to practical implementation
Who is responsible for what? This is where the first expert session begins.
Stephanie Cieplik, Customer Success Manager at PACKLIANCE, will provide a focused introduction to the PPWR and VerpackDG. She will look in particular at the distinction between producer and manufacturer and the responsibilities and obligations arising from these roles. The session will also address requirements relating to conformity, registration and authorised representatives, as well as the questions businesses should clarify based on their individual circumstances.
RIGK will then focus on B2B packaging not subject to system participation. Sales Managers Volkmar Löber and Yannik Hünerbein will explain the obligations that apply and how businesses can organise take-back and recovery through RIGK's take-back systems and network in practice.
The webinar will be opened by Jan Bauer, Managing Director of RIGK GmbH, taking participants from regulatory classification through to practical implementation.
