Quality knows no standstill – RIGK receives re-certification for environmental and quality management

RIGK successfully passed the re-certification according to the international standards DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2015, awarded by TÜV NORD CERT GmbH

This certification confirms the compliance of the company’s management systems and will be monitored over the next three years.

Successful audit confirms high quality standards

The recently completed audit included a detailed review of RIGK's internal processes and services. The certification body TÜV NORD confirmed that RIGK meets the stringent requirements of the international standards. This certification is proof of RIGK's commitment to maintaining the highest quality and environmental standards.

Certificate registration numbers 04 100 009341 and 04 104 009341 were issued, valid from 11 December 2024 to 10 December 2027. The scope includes operating collection systems for the return and recycling of industrial and commercial plastic packaging, as well as conducting tests in the areas of recycling, plastics, and packaging.

Continuous improvement as a corporate philosophy

Since the introduction of the quality and environmental management system (EMS) in 1996, RIGK has continuously worked to optimise its processes. The implemented quality (QM) and environmental management (EM) systems continue to successfully pass re-certification, confirming RIGK’s commitment to a quality- and environment-oriented way of working, supported by a certified management system.

Quality as the foundation of customer satisfaction

RIGK is committed to continuously improving its environmental and quality-related processes. This is evident not only in compliance with international standards but also in the ongoing development of internal procedures and external services. One example is the costumer portal introduced in 2023, which allows clients to manage their quantity reports efficiently and digitally. Such measures to simplify customer processes, ensure quality, and increase transparency are crucial for customer satisfaction, which is a top priority at RIGK.

The successful re-certification marks another milestone for RIGK and demonstrates the company's unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Looking ahead, RIGK plans to further improve its systems and integrate new technologies to continuously optimise customer service.
