The focus is on the development of the collection and recycling volume over PAMIRA’s life time in the last 2 decades, as well as on dialogue with all involved stakeholders in order to continue to secure and optimise the recovery and recycling of the rinsed and emptied pesticide and liquid fertiliser packaging in an environmentally-friendly and safe way that is optimised for the farmer.

Spearheaded by IVA (the German agricultural industry association), this well-functioning concept for agriculture, commercial horticulture and forestry has achieved success on the market with innovative advances since its introduction. It is a joint initiative of the chemical plant protection industry and the wholesale market and is operated by RIGK. 

The high recovery and recycling quotas show that the system is well established and accepted in the market. The PAMIRA tent (2016 location: G-B 58) at the field days is a popular platform for specialist meetings and ideas regarding recovery for agricultural packaging.
